Choosing colours can be difficult, which is why it is a good idea to have a second set of trained eyes to run over your selections with you. Together we can sit down and run over your house plans and chosen colours, so we can work out where changes can be made.

Visualisation

Maybe you’re confident about how your designs are looking, but are struggling to visualise how it will look together.

Our new-build visualisation package has been custom built to assist you in visualising your project through two different services; 3D animation and 3D renders.

3D Animations

Through the use of virtually built 3D models we can build you an animation 3D walkthrough of your space, whether it’s just your kitchen, your whole home or the outside of the house! This is a great way to iron out any wrinkles, as mistakes can be expensive if not caught at this early stage.

3D Renders

Building a 3D model enables us to take snapshots of different views for you, this assists you to see your colours together and from there we can begin to edit your design. The most beneficial part of 3D models is being able to produce hyper-realistic images of your building which are called 3D renders.

Sit back and relax with a coffee in hand while we do it all for you! From designing your kitchen to choosing your external bricks, even going with you to speak to your joiner or walking with you through a bathroom showroom.

I will build your entire home virtually and input every colour, and every architectural detail, I can even go as far as placing in similar furniture to yours. I will 3D render a view of the important rooms and put together a 3D animation walkthrough of your entire house, no detail missed.

Are you a busy person? run your own business? or you’re raising a tribe of little ones? let me free up your time. Building your dream home is time-consuming and most people don’t have the spare time required to do it well, but I do.
